Bio
My name is Christopher Ogbuehi. I was born in Lagos, Nigeria where I got my first law degree. I moved to the United States in 2017 and I was sworn into the California State Bar in 2021. I have five children, and honestly, that is five too many.
I am a Christian.
This does not mean that I only want to take on Christian clients - quite the opposite. Your beliefs - religious, political, culinary - are not a bar to me working with you. I simply will not do anything that goes against my faith or my conscience.
Speaking of culinary beliefs, spicier is better. No arguments to the contrary will be entertained.
What To Expect
As far as my practice of law is concerned, my faith is the most important to me. This means that I will never be wilfully dishonest, spiteful or vengeful, even to my own detriment.
Do not ask me to be.
For potential criminal defense clients, I am not here to feel sorry for you, no matter how badly you may have been treated by the system. I am here to try to get the best outcome for you. Please endeavor to keep that in mind as we engage.
Be respectful, as I will also try to be respectful. I am trying to do my job. Help me help you.
